青藏高原城市土地集约利用评价及驱动因素研究——以西宁市为例

摘　　要：以高原城市——西宁市为例,从社会、经济、生态和环境4个方面构建了城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,运用多因素综合评价法定量分析西宁市1999～2008年城市土地利用集约度,并进一步运用灰色关联分析法对城市土地集约利用的驱动因子进行实证分析。结果表明:1999～2008年西宁市城市土地集约利用程度呈稳定上升的趋势,土地集约利用度由0.259 7增加到0.775 0,年平均增长率为12.90%,城市土地集约利用水平经历了粗放利用、基本集约利用和较为集约利用3个阶段;社会发展是影响西宁市城市土地集约利用的主要驱动因素。最后,对西宁市城市土地集约利用提出相应建议。With plateau city,Xining of Qinghai Province as the study area,the evaluation index system of urban land intensive use was constructed from four aspects including social,economic,ecological,environmental elements.The degree of urban land intensive use of Xining City was calculated from 1999-2008 using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method.The grey correlation analysis method was carried out to analyze the driving factors of urban land intensive use.The results showed that the degree of urban land intensive use tended to increase in Xining City from 1999-2008.The degree of urban land utilization experienced from extensive use,basic intensive use and more intensive use development phase.Social development is the main driving force which promoted the level of the intensive urban land use in Xining City.Based on the assessment results,some corresponding policies and counter measures were put forward.
