摘　　要：基于金陵科技学院坚持走农科教融合、产学研合作培养人才的经验做法,探索了都市园艺人才培养的新模式,提出了加强政府引导作用、建立技术创新和人才培养平台来推进农科教融合、产学研合作的意见和建议。Based on the experience of Jingling Institute of Technology in cultivating talents that they adhere to the method of agricultural science and education integration,cooperation and research,the new pattern for training urban gardening talents was explored,several advices were put forward,including strengthening government＇s guiding role,establishing technique innovation and talents culture platform to advance agricultural science and education integration.
