摘　　要：山西省LED产业发展起步虽晚,但发展迅速、前景可期。近年来,山西省有关部门对LED照明产业发展高度重视,并承诺到2015年,将通过各级政府补贴,推广各类LED照明产品500万支(盏)以上。本文运用SWOT方法对山西省LED照明产业发展的优势和劣势进行分析,正视其面临的机遇和威胁,制定相应的竞争策略,以增强山西省LED照明产业实力,实现LED照明产业集群化发展。LED industry in Shanxi Province has developed rapidly, with a bright future. In recent years, Shanxi authorities attache great impor tance to the development of the LED lighting industry and commitment to promote more than 5 million lights of all kinds of LED lighting products through various government subsidies until 2015. This paper use the SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Shanxi LED lighting industry, as well as face the opportunities and threats of the LED industry, then make appropriate competitive strategies to enhance the Shanxi LED lighting industry strength and realize LED lighting industry cluster development.
