摘　　要：针对广东电网公司电动汽车充换电设施的规划建设问题,从政策、经济、社会、技术四个方面,分析了公司所处的外部环境现状、发展趋势及影响;从资源、能力两个方面,总结了公司具备的优势及有利条件;在此基础上,识别了影响充换电设施规划建设的关键因素,总结了公司面临的主要风险,为广东电网公司充换电设施的投资建设提供指导和借鉴。Aiming to solve the problem of planning and construction of electric charging facilities of Guangdong power grid corporation,from the perspectives of policy, economic, society and technology, the status as well as the trends of external environment are analyzed;from the perspectives of resources and abilities, the advantages and superiorities of internal environment are analyzed; on this basis, key factors affecting planning and con- struction of electric charging facilities are identified,the main risks facing grid corporation are summarized to provide guidance and reference for in- vestment and construction of electric charging facilities of power grid corporations.
