摘  要:目的建立一种同时测定鱼罐头中砷和汞含量的方法。方法微波消解样品后,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定砷和汞含量。结果砷、汞测定液的检出限分别为0.049μg/L、0.017μg/L,回收率分别为98.2%~106.2%、98.4%~104.2%;相对标准偏差分别为1.7%~2.8%、1.8%~3.1%。结论本实验方法简单快速,重现性好,准确度高,线性范围宽,适合测定鱼罐头中砷和汞的含量。Objective To establish a method for simultaneously measuring arsenic and mercury in canned fish.Methods After the sample digested by microwave,the method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometric was used to measure the content of arsenic and mercury.Results The detection limits of arsenic and mercury were 0.049 μg/L and 0.017 μg/L,the recovery rate of the method was arsenic from 98.2% to 106.2%,and mercury from 98.4% to 104.2%.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of the method was arsenic from 1.7% to 2.8% and mercury from 1.8% to 3.1%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reproducible,high accuracy,wide linear range and is suitable for simultaneously measuring arsenic and mercury in canned fish.
