摘 要:水中上升气泡对周围水体的携带能力是化工、环境及军事等诸多领域研究的热点和难点,主要存在测量手段缺乏等问题。此文以气泡上升携带水量表征该能力的大小,采用双液(水和柴油)切割分离法及专门研制的实验装置,分别选取5 ml~40 ml的7个不同注气量进行实验,初步研究了注气量对气泡水体携带能力的影响情况。结果表明:在注气速度和喷嘴口径等一定的情况下,注气量对气泡水体携带能力有显著影响,随着注气量(V)的增加,气泡上升携带的水量(Q)也相应增加,两者基本上遵循正比的规律,且近似有Q 2.77V的函数关系。这一结论可为相关领域的研究与工程应用设计提供参考依据。In some areas such as chemical engineering,environmental engineering,and military fields etc,investigating the capacity of rising bubbles to carry surrounding water has difficulties.The main problem is lack of technologies to measure it.This paper,a concept is proposed that the water volume carried by the rising bubble is used to characterize the capacity.A dual-fluid incising separation experimental apparatus was especially made.The regularities of the influence of different air injecting volume(5ml~40ml) on bubbles' capacity to carry water were studied by using this apparatus.The water and diesel oil are taken as dual-fluid.The results show that under the condition of same injection rate and nozzle diameter,the air injecting volume is significantly affect the bubble's capacity to carry water.Water volume carried by rising bubbles(Q) increases correspondingly with the increasing of air injecting volume(V).With the method of least-square curve fitting,an empirical formula approximately is obtained.This result can be a helpful reference in the research and engineering design of related fields.
