摘　　要：目的总结55型腺病毒疫情应对效果,为突发公共卫生事件的紧急应对提供参考依据。方法通过组建应急医疗队、合理布局、完善制度、人员培训、科学的人员调配、实施感染管理、心理干预等应急治疗护理措施,对2012年2月保定某医院的157例腺病毒55型病例进行救治。结果救治共历时26 d,107例治愈出院,50例因其他病症进行转院治疗,无交叉感染,无继发感染。结论此次感染疫情成功控制的关键主要得益于快速反应,有效应对,有效控制。Objective To explore the coping effects on the outbreak of B - 55 adenovirus infection, so as to provide the empirical bases for the emergency response to emergent events of public health. Methods A total of 157 cases with B - 55 adenovirus infection were involved. Many emergency treatment measures were taken, including establishment of emergency medical teams, reasonable layout, perfect system, personnel training, scientific deployment of staff, implementa- tion of infection management, psychological interventions, and so on. Results The treatment lasted 26 d, 107 cases were cured, 50 cases for other pathologies were referral for treatment, and there were no cross - infection and secondary infections. Conclusion The successful control of infection outbreaks mainly due to the rapid response, effective response and control.
