摘　　要：目的探讨二级医院在推进优质护理服务中的方法与效果。方法分析医院环境,制订具有二级医院特色的优质护理服务活动方案,合理调配护士,对护士分层次培训和考核,建立激励机制,激发护士工作积极性。结果开展优质护理服务提高了患者和护士对护理工作的满意度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论二级医院实施优质护理服务可提高护理质量,应积极落实开展。Objective To explore the methods and effects of promoting quality care service in second - level hospitals. Methods Many measures bad been taken, including analyzing the hospital environment, formulating the quality care service programs with second -level characteristics, allocating the nurses ra- tionally, training and examining nurses of different levels, establishing incentive mechanism and stimulating nurses＇working enthusiasm. Results The satisfaction rate of nurses and patients were improved after carrying out quality nursing service, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The quality of nursing can be improved by developing of quality nursing service.
