摘　　要：在分析现有城市轨道交通能耗研究现状的基础上,结合我国"十二五"节能减排综合性工作方案,提出城市轨道交通能效管理系统的设计构想。首先建立系统的硬件和软件流程的架构,然后从参数采集统计、电能质量分析、能耗模型建立、节能策略生成4部分分别给出具体的实施方案,从而引导轨道交通用户持续改进用能方式,有效地降低地铁运营成本,实现低碳、环保、节能的社会责任。Based on analysis of present energy consumption in existing urban rail transit,design of an energy efficiency management system is put forward in line with the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for energy conservation and emission reduction.The system＇s structure of hardware and software is established at first.Then concrete execution plan is given in four parts： acquisition and statistics of parameters,analysis of power quality,modeling of energy consumption and strategy formation of energy conservation.This system leads rail transit users toward continuous improvement of energy consumption and reduces operation cost of urban rail transit effectively,fulfilling the social responsibility of low carbon emission,environmental protection and energy conservation.
