捏脊配合自拟温肾健脾方治疗儿童遗尿

摘　　要：目的观察捏脊配合自拟温肾健脾方治疗儿童遗尿的疗效。方法 52例遗尿患儿均采用捏脊疗法,并配合口服自拟温肾健脾方治疗,7d为1个疗程。结果 52例中治愈36例,占69.23%;显效10例,占19.23%;有效5例,占9.62%;无效1例,占1.92%。临床总有效率为98.08%。疗程最短为2个疗程,最长为6个疗程。结论捏脊疗法配中药治疗小儿遗尿具有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of chiropractics combining self-designed Wenshen Jianpi Fang on children enuresis.Methods All 52 child patients with enuresis were treated with chiropractics accompanied by oral self-designed Wenshen Jianpi Fang and one therapeutic course was 7 days.Results Among 52 cases,36 were cured（69.23%）,10 had obvious curative effect（19.23%）,5 had effect（9.62%）,and 1 had no effect（1.92%）.The total effective rate was 98.08%.The shortest total therapeutic course was 14 days and the longest was 42 days.Conclusion Chiropractics combining self-designed Wenshen Jianpi Fang has a good curative effect on children enuresis.
