摘　　要：根据城市"厦门模式"、农村"安仁模式"的实践,系统提出城乡一体的市域卫生信息化设计思想、基本原则、系统架构和功能目标,指出实现目标的关键环节,以及对当前区域医疗卫生信息化的思考和意见。According to ＂Xiamen mode＂ in the city and ＂Anren mode＂ in rural areas, the paper proposes the design ideas, basic principles, system architecture and functional goals of urban - rural integration regional health informatization, points out the key links as well as advices for current regional heahh informatization construction.
