从信息分析角度聚焦辅助性T细胞研究现状

摘　　要：利用文献计量学和统计分析等信息分析方法,分析SCIE数据库、NIH RePORTER项目数据库、DII专利数据库、Clinicaltrials数据库和Thomson Pharma药物数据库收录的Th细胞相关信息,了解该领域研究现状。指出我国应加大Th细胞研究领域的科研投入,加快基础研究向临床应用的转化,在重视科研产出量的同时更要着重提高科研质量。Using information analysis methods such as bibliometric method and statistical analysis, the paper analyzes the informa- tion related to helper T cell （Th cell） in SCIE database, NIH REPORTER project database, DII patent database, Clinicahrails database and Thomson Pharma database, so as to understand the research status in this field. It points out that China should increase the scientific research inputs on Th cell, accelerate the translational procedure from basic research to clinical application, improve the scientific re- search quality as the scientific research outputs increase.
