摘　　要：提出基于最大秩距离码的ＭｃＥｌｉｅｃｅ公钥密码系统，讨论其可行性及安全性，并证明了它比基于纠错码的ＭｃＥｌｉｅｃｅ公钥密码系统更安金。Based on maximum rank distance codes, a new kind of McEliecc publickey cryptosystem is proposed in this paper, feasibility and security of this scheme are discussed and it is proved that this scheme is more secure than the McEliece publickey cryptosystem based on errorcorrecting codes.
