摘　　要：PABCREATIC neuroendocrine tumours are uncommon neoplasms of the pancreas.They may cause a clinical syndrome due to hormone overproduction.Glucagonoma is a rare kind of pancreatic tumors. Here we report a case of glucagonoma. Hypercalcemia occurred when the patient underwent octreotide acetate long-acting release.
