摘 要:目的探讨涂擦防蚴灵后依然感染血吸虫病的原因是否可能为不完全涂擦防蚴灵。方法从湖北省团风县、阳性县、黄陂区各抽取一个发放使用防蚴灵防护剂的行政村作为调查现场,在每个行政村随机访问不少于50名接触疫水前涂擦防蚴灵的村民,并观察完全涂擦防蚴灵组(A组)和不完全涂擦防蚴灵组(B组)粪检阳性率。结果 A组110人,其中男性69人,女性41人,平均年龄(49.8±8.6)岁,平均每天接触疫水230min,粪检阳性率0.0%;B组49人,其中男性37人,女性12人,平均年龄(48.1±8.6)岁,平均每天接触疫水220min,粪检阳性率6.1%。两组粪检阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.9,P<0.05)。结论完全涂擦防蚴灵的预防效果明显优于不完全涂擦,提示涂擦防蚴灵后依然被感染的可能为未完全涂擦防蚴灵所致。Objcetive To investigate the failure of Fangyouling embrocation on the prevention of schistosomiasis.Methods 3 randomly selected administrative villages from Tuanfeng county,Yangxin county and Huangpi district were selected in this investigation.At least 50 randomly selected villagers in each administrative village who had contacted with the contaminated water after application of Fangyouling were interviewed.110 villagers(69 male and 41 female) with complete embrocation with Fangyouling were assigned as group A,and the 49 villagers(37 male and 12 female) receiving incomplete Fangyouling embrocation were assigned as group B.Results The average age of villagers in group A was(49.8±8.6).The average exposure time in the contaminated water was 230 min /day.Fecal examination revealed that no villager was infected.The average age of group B was(48.1±8.6).The average exposure time in the contaminated water was 220 min /day.Fecal examination revealed that 6.1% had the infection,and the result was significant different from group A(χ 2 =6.9,P0.05).Conclusion Complete Fangyouling embrocation was better than incomplete embrocating.Incomplete embrocation might be the cause of infection.
