舒适护理在加床患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究住院患者在住加床过程中舒适护理的应用。方法:回顾分析600例加床患者舒适度调查表,在实施舒适护理前随机调查300例加床患者作为常规护理组,实行舒适护理后随机调查300例加床患者作为舒适护理组,比较两组患者对住院环境满意度、转入病房需求度、睡眠质量以及不舒适原因。结果:舒适护理组对环境满意度高于常规护理组,转入病房需求度低于常规护理组,具有统计学意义。结论:舒适护理能提高加床患者满意度。Objective：To understand the patients in bed in the process of application research of comfortable nursing. Methods：Ret- rospective analysis of 600 cases of patients with extra bed comfort questionnaire, in the comfortable nursing carried out before random survey of 300 patients. Patients as convenfional care group, implement comfortable nursing after random survey of 300 patients. Pa- tients as comfortable nursing group, compared 2 groups of patients to inpatient environment satisfaction, transferred to the ward demand degree, sleep quality and comfortable reason. Results：Comfortable nursing group on the environment satisfaction is higher than that of conventional care group, transferred to the ward demand degree lower than the usual care group, with statistical significance. Conclu- sion：comfort nursing care can improve patient satisfaction.
