摘　　要：目的:了解子宫内膜异位症患者卵泡液微环境变化。方法:选择2009年12月至2011年8月于深圳市妇幼保健院行IVF/ICSI-ET的36例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究组,同期输卵管因素不孕患者46例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组患者卵泡液中上皮中性粒细胞活化肽-78(ENA-78)水平。结果:研究组患者卵泡液ENA-78水平(184.59±65.10)pg/mL明显高于对照组(139.62±58.38)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者卵泡液中ENA-78水平较输卵管因素不孕患者升高,其高水平的ENA-78可能是子宫内膜异位症患者卵母细胞质量下降、受精能力受损的原因之一。Abstract Objective： To assess the changes in microenvironment of follicular fluid in patients with endometriosis. Methods：Thirty-six patients with endometriosis who received in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer between December 2009 to August 2011 in Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital and 46 patients with tubal-associated infertility were allocated in study group and control group, respectively. The level of epithelial neutrophil-activating peptide-78 （ENA-78） in follicular fluid was measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results： Mean ENA-78 concentration in study group was significantly higher than that in control group E （ 184.59 ± 65.10） pg/mL vs （ 139.62 ± 58.38 ） pg/mL,P 〈 0.05 ]. Conclusion： Patients with endometriosis may present higher level of ENA-78 in follicular fluid than those with tubal-associated infertility. Increased ENA-78 level may be one of the causes of poorer quality and lower fertility of ooeytes in patients with endometriosis.
