摘　　要：目的:观察高压氧联合运动想象和舱内运动对脑梗死偏瘫患者的心理影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将2008年至2012年2月在广东省东莞市石龙人民医院进行高压氧治疗的60例脑梗死偏瘫患者分成常规组和干预组,每组各30例。干预组在常规组治疗基础上,结合运动想象和舱内运动治疗。两组患者经过24次治疗后,对其心理影响进行分析。结果:干预组患者对高压氧治疗的依从性、主观能动性明显优于常规组;干预组患者无不良心理反应率为96.7%,高于常规组的66.7%(P<0.05)。结论:单一高压氧联合运动想象和舱内运动治疗可消除脑梗死偏瘫患者的不良心理反应,显著提高其对高压氧治疗的依从性、和主观能动性,促进其康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To determine the psychological impacts of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination with motor imagery and movement within chamber in patients who had hemiplagia due to cerebral infarction. Methods： A total of 60 patients with hemiplagia due to cerebral infarction were recruited from Dongguan Shilong People＇s Hospital of Guangdong Province between February 2008 and February 2012 and were randomly assigned to receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy alone （ routine treatment group, n = 30 ） or in combination with motor imagery and movement within the chamber （ intervention treatment group, n = 30） on the basis of randomization numbers. The distinction in psychological impacts was compared at week 24. Results ：The intervention treatment group yielded higher compliance and preferable conscious activity. A higher proportion of subjects （96.7% vs66. 7% ,P 〈 0.05） absent of adverse psychological impact was found in intervention treatment group, but not in routine treatment group. Conclusion：The combination of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in combination with motor imagery and within chamber movement is worthwhile for clinical popularization in patients who had hemiplagia due to cerebral infarction. Elimination of adverse psychological impacts could have arisen from improved compliance, conscious activity and preferable rehabilitation.
