穴位敷贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位敷贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:采用以区组随机数字表将患者随机分为穴位敷贴组和西替利嗪组。穴位敷贴组应用中药粉压制成药饼敷贴于患者穴位处进行治疗;西替利嗪组单纯接受口服西药治疗。比较两组治疗前后的症状与体征,治疗后的鼻分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞计数。结果:穴位敷贴组总有效率为77.8%,西替利嗪组总有效率为78.6%,两纽治疗后嗜酸性粒细胞计数转阴率均较治疗前有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统方法穴位敷贴疗法治疗变应性鼻炎,效果也明显。Objective： To assess the efficacy of acupoint application in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods ： Patients with allergic rhinitis were assigned to acupoint application group to receive acupoint application using traditional Chinese medicine and cetirizine treatment group to be treated with oral administration of cetirizine on the basis of randomization numbers. The signs, symptoms and eosinophil count in nasal secretions prior to and after treatment were compared. Results：Acupoint application group and cetirizine treatment group yielded an overall effectiveness rate of 77.8% and 78.6% , respectively. The difference in those who tested negative to eosinophil count in nasal secretion reached statistical significance after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupoint application therapy is associated with remarkable treatment outcomes in patients with allergic rhinitis.
