介入联合中药治疗肾囊肿疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评估超声引导下肾囊肿介入治疗配合中药治疗的疗效。方法:将2003年7月至2009年7月收治的150例肾囊肿患者分为常规组(超声引导下穿刺抽吸及无水酒精硬化治疗,60例)和研究组(超声引导下穿刺抽吸及无水酒精硬化治疗联合中药治疗,90例),3个月后复查超声,观察两组患者的疗效。结果:研究组治愈73例、有效17例、无效0例,治愈率88%,有效率100%。常规组治愈43例、有效12例、无效5例,治愈率72%,有效率91%。两组治愈率和有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下穿刺抽吸及无水酒精硬化治疗联合中药治疗肾囊肿可以提高治愈率和有效率,是一种简便,安全,有效的方法。Objective： To determine the efficacy of ultrasonography-guided interventional therapy in combination with traditional Chinese herbals for the treatment of renal cyst. Methods ：A total of 150 patients with renal cyst admitted between July 2003 and July 2009 were recruited and were allocated to receive uhrasonography- guided aspiration plus alcohol absolute sclerotherapy alone （conventional treatment group, n = 60 ） or in combination~ with traditional Chinese herbals （ study group, n = 90 ）, respectively. The efficacy was ascertained at month 3 via reassessment of ultrasonography. Results： The study group was associated with 73 resolved, 17 effective yet absent of failure cases, while conventional treatment group yielded 43 resolved, 12 effective and 5 failure cases. Higher recovery rate （88% vs. 72% ） and effective rate （100% vs. 91% ） were observed in study group,but not in conventional treatment group （ both P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： The combination of traditional Chinese herbal with uhrasonography-guided aspiration plus alcohol absolute sclerotherapy is of high convenience, safety and effectiveness owing to the capability in improving the recovery and effective rates of treatment.
