摘 要:目的了解我院院内大肠埃希菌(ECO)的耐药情况及其标本来源,为临床治疗及控制院内感染提供依据。方法对2011年1月~2011年12月临床分离的842株大肠埃希菌的耐药率及标本来源进行回顾性分析。结果收集的842株大肠埃希菌中,对亚胺培南、美罗培南、厄他培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、头孢西丁、阿莫西林/棒酸、头孢吡肟、头孢他啶、氨曲南、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢噻肟、复方新诺明、头孢唑啉和氨苄西林的耐药率分别为0.24%、0.24%、0.24%、9.6%、17%、23%、33%、40%、43.3%、48%、54.2%、54.3%、56%、59%、60%、65%、76%、84.7%。842株大肠埃希菌主要从尿液(31.8%)和痰液(28.6%)中检出。结论大肠埃希菌为泌尿道感染和呼吸道的常见病原菌,临床上应根据耐药特点合理选用抗菌药物。Objective: To investigate drug resistance and specimen source of Escherichia coli in hospital,thus guiding clinical treatment and controlling nosocomial infection.Methods: 842 strains of Escherichia coli were collected from Taian Central Hospital from January to November in 2011,whose drug resistance rates and specimen source were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Resistance rates of the 842 strains of Escherichia coli to Imipenem,meropenem,Ertapenem,piperacillin/tazobactam,amikacin,Cefoxitin,Amoxicillin/ Clavulanic,cefepime,ceftazidime,aztreonam,cidomycin,tobramycin,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,Cefotaxime,SMZ-TMP,Cefazolin and Ampicillin were 0.24%,0.24%,0.24%,9.6%,17%,23%,33%,40%,43.3%,48%,54.2%,54.3%,56%,59%,60%,65%,76% and 84.7% respectively.842 strains of Escherichia coli were mainly detected from urine(31.8%) and sputum(28.6%).Conclusion: Escherichia coli are common pathogen which can cause infection in respiratory tract and urinary tract.Antibiotics should be chosen according to drug sensitivity test in the clinical practice.
