摘  要:采用WS-4型非自耗电弧炉制备了牙科用Ti-10Mo-xCu合金系,通过显微组织、X射线衍射仪和数字式显微硬度计,研究了Cu元素对亚稳β钛合金Ti-10Mo的组织和力学性能。结果表明:该系列合金在铸态由β相主相、少量α、α'和α"、淬火ω相组成;随着Cu含量的增加,合金的晶粒明显细化;时效后,亚稳β相析出较多的α相和Ti2Cu;当Cu含量为3%时,合金具有最好的力学性能。A series of Ti-10Mo dental alloys with different Cu content (Ti-10Mo-xCu) were melted in WS-4 arc furnace. The effects of Cu on the phase and mechanical property of the metastable B-titanium alloy Ti-10Mo were investigated by mircrostructure observation, X-ray diffraction and digital microhardness tester. The results show that the series of casting alloys are dominated by βphase and a small amount of α, α′, and α″quenching 00 phase. More pronounced refinement is achieved as Cu content increasing. A great amount of α phase and Ti2Cu precipatitate from the metastableβ phase by aging treatment. The alloy with 3% Cu has the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
