摘 要:基于Fe-Zn二元相图和典型热浸镀锌层组织,论述了热浸镀锌层的相组成、相结构及其形成过程。利用Zn原子浓度和时间的关系,建立了热浸镀锌层的生长动力学模型,重点讨论了ζ相层的生长动力学,给出了镀层厚度与时间,以及镀层生长速率与扩散系数和浓度梯度的关系;并指出了该领域今后的研究方向。The phase composition, phase structure and their forming processes of hot-dip galvanizing coating were discussed based on Fe-Zn binary phase diagram and typical microstmcmre of hot dip galvanizing coating. The growth kinetics model of hot-dip galvanizing coating was established using the relationship between Zn atomic concentration and time. The growth kinetics of ~ phase was analyzed in detail. The relationship between the coating depth and time, as well as the relation among the growth rate, diffusion coefficient and concentration gradient were given. The research trends for this field were forecasted.
