摘 要:采用火焰喷涂技术在白口铸铁表面获得厚0.2mm的WC-12Co涂层,并对其进行微弧强化。通过扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线衍射等方式对强化前后的涂层/基体界面处进行了显微形貌观察分析和组织结构分析,同时对试样进行了热震试验。结果表明:经过微弧强化后,涂层内部质量得到明显改善,涂层与基体结合处产生冶金过渡层,局部区域形成冶金结合,提高了涂层与基体的结合强度。WC-12Co coating was prepared on the surface of white cast iron by flame spraying, then the coating was strengthened by electric arc method. The phase composition and microstructure of the coating were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The experiment of thermal shock was also carried out. The results show that the quality of coating is improved obviously. The transition layer is formed between coating and matrix. The metallurgical bonding is formed in local region. The bonding strength between coating and matrix evidently increases.
