摘 要:以Cr12MoV模具钢为研究对象,首先通过硬度测试、冲击试验研究了热处理工艺对其力学性能的影响规律,之后通过金相显微组织观察、冲击断口形貌观察分析了其影响规律的机理。结果表明,对于未经过球化处理的Cr12MoV模具钢,在一次硬化处理之前增加一道预调质处理,并不能显著改善其冲击韧度;在淬火之前增加预热温度台阶以充分进行预热,能有效促进碳化物及合金元素的充分溶解,使得其回火态硬度明显下降,韧性有所提高;500℃预热30min→850℃预热30min→1000℃油淬→200℃回火是Cr12MoV模具钢满足精密冷锻模具加工及服役条件最理想的热处理制度。The influence of heat treatment on mechanical properties of Cr12MoV applied to cold working precision forging die were investigated by hardness test and impact test, then the reasons of the influence rule were analyzed by microstructure and fracture morphology observations. The results show that higher impact energy can not be obtained by adding quenching and tempering treatment before the final quenching, the hardness of Cr12MoV can decrease and impact energy of Cr12MoV can increase by preheating enough before final quenching, and the best heat treatment method for Cr12MoV applied to cold working precision forging die is preheating at 500 ℃ for 30 min→preheating at 850 ℃ for 30 min-→ quenching at 1000 ℃→tempering at 200 ℃.
