摘　　要：采用宏观形貌分析、硬度测量、金相组织分析及脱碳层测量等方法,分析了40Cr高强螺栓断裂的原因。结果表明,该螺栓材质不合格以及热处理过程中冷却速度较慢导致力学性能下降,在应力作用下,裂纹萌生并扩展至断裂。The fracture reasons of 40Cr high-strength bolt were analyzed by macroscopic fracture appearance, hardness, optical microstructure and decarburized layer. The results show that, the unqulified alloy material and the slow cooling rate during heat treatment decrease the mechanical properly of the bolts. Under stress, the cracks form and the bolt breaks off.
