他克莫司联合复方甘草酸苷治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察他克莫司软膏联合复方甘草酸苷治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法 79例患者随机分成两组,口服复方甘草酸苷50mg3次/d;对照组外用维生素E乳膏,治疗组外用他克莫司软膏,均2次/d,30d为一疗程。结果治疗组有效率为86.84%,对照组为48.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏联合复方甘草酸苷治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎优于对照组,是一种可选用于治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎的较安全、有效的方法。Objective To observe the results of steroid-dependent scrotitis treated with tacrolimus ointment and com- pound glycyrrhizin. Methods Seventy-nine patients with steroid-dependent scrotitis were divided randomly into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, the patients in the treatment group were topical used tacrolimus ointment twice a day and other patients in the control group were topical used ~itamin E cream, twice a day. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.84%, the control gvoup was 48.78%. There was significant difference （P 〈 0.05） between two groups. Conclusion Tacrolimus oint- ment and compound glycyrrhizin is an effective and safe treatment method for the patients with steroid-de- pendent scrotitis.
