海藻消瘤胶囊的薄层色谱研究

摘　　要：目的建立海藻消瘤胶囊中半枝莲、延胡索2种药材的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对海藻消瘤胶囊中半枝莲、延胡索2种药材进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱法可检出半枝莲、延胡索，斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法适用于海藻消瘤胶囊的定性鉴别。Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography（TLC）method for qualitative analyzing Haizao Xiaoliu capsule. Methods The TLC was used to identify Herba Scutellariae Barbatae and Rhizoma Corydalis in Haizao Xiaoliu capsule. Results The two medical materials in Haizao Xiaoliu capsule were well separated, and the spots were clear. The negative control showed no interference. Conclusion TLC is apt to identify Herba Scutellariae Barbatae and Rhizoma Corydalis in Haizao Xiaoliu capsule because of its clear spots and good specificity.
