动力髋螺钉手术治疗股骨粗隆问骨折的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨动力髋螺钉手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法对我院58例股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用动力髋螺钉手术治疗。结果所有患者均手术顺利，术中出血较少，手术切口均为一期愈合，无切口感染、肺部感染、泌尿系感染、褥疮、下肢静脉血栓形成等。所有患者均获随访，随访6～18个月，平均8个月。骨折均在3个月内愈合，内固定牢靠，无断裂、松动、骨折不愈合或延迟愈合现象。优39例，良14例，可4例，差1例，优良率达91．4％。结论动力髋螺钉手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果较好，内固定坚强，住院时间短，活动早，并发症少．在临床上可推广应用。Objective discuss dynamic hip screw surgical treatment intertrochanteric fractures clinical effects. Methods 58 cases of intertrochanteric fractures patients were treated with dynamic hip screw surgery in our hHospital. Results All patients underwent surgery went well and less, blood loss, surgical incisions were I healed, no wound infection, pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection, pressure sores, deep vein thrombosis. All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months, an average of eight months. All fractures healed in three months, fixed within a solid, no fracture, loosening, nonunion or delayed healing phenomenon. 39 cases were excellent, 14 cases were good, 4 cases were effect can still and 1 case were poor, good rate of 91.4%.Conclusion The dynamic hip screw surgery treatment intertrochanteric fractures, internal fixation stronger, shorter hospital stay, activities, early complications, and promote the use of clinical.
