组健脾益肾活血方分型论治配合西医治疗糖尿病性胃肠神经病变160例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾益肾活血方分型论治配合西医治疗糖尿病胃肠神经病变的临床疗效。方法将160例糖尿病性胃肠神经病变辨证分为胃。．瘫型、便秘型、腹泻型，应用上方进行分型论治，分别观察，统一井效。结果总有效率92％。结论对糖尿病性胃肠神经病变用健脾益肾活血方分型论治配合西医治疗，疗效满意。Objective Observation of Jianpi Yishen Huoxue Fang type of treatment with western medicine treatment of diabetic gastric neuropathy clinical curative effect. Methods 160 cases of diabetic gastrointestinal neuropathy syndrome differentiation for gastroparesis, constipation, diarrhea, above the application type of treatment, were observed, unified effect. Results the total effective rate is 92%. Conclusion diabetic gastrointestinal neuropatby with Jianpi Yisheu Huoxue Fang type of treatment with western medicine treatment, curative effect satisfaction.
