酮替芬治疗COPD呼吸衰竭伴失眠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察酮替芬治疗呼吸衰竭伴失眠的有效性和安全性。方法选择29例慢性呼吸衰竭伴失眠患者并随机分为两组，试验组（14人）予酮替芬片1mg口服，1次／晚；对照组（15人）睡前给予安慰剂（维生素C）1片口服，1片／d；两组均予以氧疗，抗感染，舒张支气管，祛痰等常规治疗。观察7d后采用阿森斯失眠量表（AIS）评定临床疗效，比较血气分析结果评定安全性。结果试验组失眠症状改善，AIS评分明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组血气分析结果均无明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论酮替芬治疗慢性呼吸衰竭伴失眠疗效肯定，安全性好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of ketotifen in the treatment of respiratory failure and insomnia. Methods A total of 29 patients suffering from respiratory failure and insomnia were randomly divided to two groups： the trial group （n=14） and control group （n=15）. Patients of the trial group were given ling ketotifen orally once per night and the control group were given placebo （vitamin C） 1 tablets orally once before retiring per day. Both groups were given conventional therapies including oxygen therapy, anti-infection, bronchus relaxation, and dispel phlegm. Therapeutic effects and safety were assessed by Athens Insomnia Scale （AIS） and blood gas analysis 7 days after treatments. Results The quality of sleepiness was proved in trial grouP, the AIS was far below than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The blood gas analysis between two groups had no significant difference（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Ketotifen was effective and safe in the treatment of respiratory failure and insomnia.
