摘  要:目的采用放射性核素动态显像技术定量研究干燥综合征患者颌下腺的功能。方法根据颌下腺动态影像,建立颌下腺时间.放射性曲线,并计算有关功能参数。结果干燥综合征患者颌下腺的UR,MA,MS和SV(1.52±0.81。28.38±8.71,47.61±11.49和20.44±13.28)明显低于正常对照组(3.46±0.71,59.76±10.23.68.93±8.52和41.36±10.65),P均〈0.001;干燥综合征患者颌下腺的Tmin(5.89±2.71)明显大于正常对照组(2.29±1.40),P〈0.01;干燥综合征患者颌下腺的Tmax(25.124-10.23)与正常对照组(22.85±6.41)比较,差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论放射性核素动态显像定量分析颌下腺的UR,MA,MS,SV和Tmin对干燥综合征颌下腺损害的诊断有较高临床价值。Objective To study the quantitative analysis value of submandibular gland function in patients with Sjogren's syndrome using radionuclide dynamic imaging. Methods A time-activity cure of each submandibular gland was drawn with submandibular gland dynamic images anti functional parameters were calculated. Results The UR,MA,MS and SV( 1. 52 ±0.81,28.38 ±8.71,47.61 ± 11.49 and 20.44 ± 13.28, respectivelyl of the submandibu- lar glands significantly decreased in Sjogren's syndrome compared with normal controls( 3.46 ± 0.71,59.76 ± 10.23,68. 93 - 8.52 and 41.36 ± 10.65 ,respectively) ,all P 〈0.01. The Train( 5.89 ±2.71 ) of the submandibular glands signifi- cantly increased in Sjogren's syndrome compared with normal controls(2.29 ± 1.40) , P 〈 0.01. However, the Tmax of submandibular glands did not differ significantly between normal controls(22.85 ± 6.41 ) and Sjogren's syndrome(25.12 ± 10.23 ) , P 〉 0.05. Conclusion There is more clinical value on quantitative analysis of the UR, MA, MS, SV and Train of subman dibular gland in patients with Sjogren's syndrome using radionuclide dynamic imaging.
