临床医护人员对医用手套应用知识知晓状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解临床医护人员对医用手套应用知识的掌握程度,比较其差异性,从而找到提高临床应用医用手套依从率的方法。方法采用便利抽样的方法,对3所三级甲等医院288位临床护士、医生、护理清洁员、护理实习生进行问卷调查。结果总体得分14.54±4.82,其中医生群体得分最高,平均分为(18.09±3.57);护理清洁员最低,平均分为(8.13±4.04)。平均分数与临床工作年限呈正相关,与学历呈正相关。结论临床护士、护理清洁员以及护理实习生对于医用手套应用知识的知晓水平较低,应加强教育,以提高医用手套知识知晓率。Objective To learn the degree for clinical medical staff about medical gloves application knowledge and find a method to improve clinical medical gloves dependent rate. Methods A total of 288 clinical medical people includiog nurses, doctors, cleaners and nursing interns were invested to fill in the questionnaire which was constituted by seven parts of total 31 points, Results Overall,the average points were 14.54±4.82. Doctors got a highest average 18, 09 ± 3.57 and cleaners got a lowest average 8.13 -4.04. Score was related with education, so was working age. Conclusion Nurse, cleaners and nursing interns know much little about medical gloves application knowledge than doctorl They should have been educated to improve the rate for using medical gloves,
