摘　　要：比例电磁铁是电液比例控制系统中的关键执行器件,作为一个动力元件,比例电磁铁的力位移特性,直接影响到由它所构成的元件及装置的整体性能。通过参考其它电磁铁的测试标准与方法,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的电磁铁力-位移特性测试系统,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,该系统操作方便,自动化程度高,性能稳定。为电磁铁原理研究、设计、测试和检验提供了辅助工具,可以大大提高精度和工作效率。Refering to other Solenoid test standard and method,In this paper,a force-displacement characteristics test system based on LABVlEW is proposed,this system has achieved good effect in practical application,and the system is easy to operate,has high degree of automation and stable performance.This system provides an auxiliary tool for the principle research,design,testing and inspection of the Solenoid,and this system can improve the precision and work efficiency greatly.
