平卧菊三七的脂肪酸成分分析

摘　　要：利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,对平卧菊三七的脂肪酸成分进行分析,共检测出十四酸、棕榈油酸、软脂酸、十七酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸、二十酸、二十二酸、二十四酸、二十六酸和二十八酸共12种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸含量68.89%,表明平卧菊三七是一种营养价值较高的药材.A comprehensive and scientific evaluation had been made on the fatty acid content of Gynura procumbens by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）. The results showed that 12 fatty acids including myristic acid, palmitoleic acid, palmitic acid, heptadecanoic acid, linoleic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, arachidic acid, docosanoic acid,lignoceric acid,hexacosanic acid and octacosanoic acid were identified in the Gynura procumbens. Moreover,The content of unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 68..89% of the total fatty acids, suggesting that Gynura procumbens is a medicine with high value of nutrition.
