摘　　要：随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深化,医院管理者尝试着从不同视角优化医院的内部结构,构建医院发展模式,降低医院运营成本。而医院的物流管理是形成医院竞争优势的主要因素,医院需要努力改善物流管理,通过构建完善的物流服务体系,降低医院运营成本最终达到提高医院竞争力的目的。本文通过对比国内、国外医院物流现状,对目前状态下国内医院物流管理中存在的问题进行分析,并且针对问题提出了发展方向,阐述以满足医院需求为核心,降低成本、提高效益为理念的医院物流管理的发展理念。With the development of our social economy and the deepening of the medical system reform, hospital administrators have optimized the internal structure of the hospital to construct the hospital development advantages and reduce hospital operating costs. The hospital logistics management is the main factor to form the hospital competitive advantage. Therefore, the hospital needs to improve logistics management by constructing perfect logistics service system to reduce the operation cost to ,ultimately realize the purpose of improving hospital competition. In this paper, the authors compared the present hospital logistics situation at home and abroad, analyzed the existing problems in present hospital logistics management, proposed the development direction and expounded the development concept of hospitallogistics management to meet the demand for reducing cost and increasing economic benefits for the concept.
