摘　　要：总结了旭化成NCZ零极距电解槽的使用情况及整体换膜检查中发现的问题,并进行了可能原因的分析,同时提出了该型号电解槽在日常使用控制中的注意点。The application situation of Asahi Kasei NCZ zero-polar distance electrolyzers and the problems that were found during examination and change of all membranes.The possible causes are analyzed.The points needing attention for routine operation of the electrolyzers are proposed.
