猪蓝耳病和传染性胸膜肺炎混合感染的病例报告

摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征是由繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种猪接触性传染病,又称"蓝耳病";而猪传染性胸膜肺炎是由胸膜肺炎放线杆菌引起的一种接触性传染病,他们都是猪的重要呼吸道疾病,在许多养猪国家流行,且经常混合感染,给养殖业造成重大的经济损失。本试验通过对山东某猪场送检病料进行细菌的分离纯化、PCR鉴定等实验室诊断,结果发现其为蓝耳病和传染性胸膜肺炎混合感染。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome was a contagious disease caused by a swine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV） and Porcine pleuropneumonia was a contagious disease, caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia. They were important respiratory disease of swine, were popular in many pig-raising countries and often mixed infections caused major economic losses to the aquaculture industry. This experiment through to the Shandong pig sick material for purification of bacterial, PCR identification and laboratory diagnosis, the results showed that the blue ear disease and infectious pleuropneumonia in mixed infection.
