摘　　要：本文所探讨的医疗保障正义,主要着眼于解决医疗保障领域中人们各自应得的问题。从正义的角度来看,医疗保障制度的设计应该兼顾公平和效率,以保障全体社会成员的其所应得,同时还应该解决程序正义等一系列问题。公平问题涉及医疗资源、覆盖范围、权利和责任等方面。效率包括医疗保障制度的效率和医疗工作本身的效率。应该妥善解决公共支出和个人账户的问题,并努力在具体实践中的各个环节做到符合正义的要求。The justice of medical security in thisart icle focus on what is deserved to different people in the field of medical security. In view of justice, the designation of the medical security system should con- sider both fairness and efficiency, and a series of problems on procedural justice also should be solved. Fairness issues include medical resources, coverage, rights and liability etc. Efficiency issues include efficiency of medical security system and efficiency of medical work. The problem of public spending and personal accounts should be solved properly, and each link of specific practice should meet the requirements of justice.
