摘　　要：农民金融权是农民在进行金融活动过程中获得金融供给与救济的权利。其权利之所以能被确认而视为正当,是因为它涉及到人类社会最根本的价值理念,即人权、平等、正义与效率。而人权、平等、正义与效率与法律之间存在着密不可分的联系,以其为基础的价值体系共同构成了作为弱势群体的当代农民金融权法律保护的正当性依据。Farmers’ financial right are the rights that access to financial supply and financial relief during the process of the farmers’ financial activities.The reason can be identified and be justified,because the farmers’ financial rights involves the most fundamental of human society values.Include:human rights,equality,justice and efficiency.Human rights,equity,justice,efficiency and legal system are inseparable.They constitute the value’system of legal protection of the farmers’financial rights in china's contemporary.
