西方规制理论演变及其对我国石化产业规制的启示

摘　　要：石化产业作为我国战略资源产业,对我国经济社会发展尤为关键。本文通过对西方规制理论演变的分析,梳理其演变逻辑;在界定石化产业链内涵基础上,结合我国石化产业规制中面临的困境,从石化产业的多维属性入手,分别从上、中、下游三个环节提出了规制的路径选择。The petrochemical industry is the Chinese strategy resource industry,which is very important to the economic and social development.Through the analysis of western regulation theory,the author made analysis to its evolvement logic.Basing on the definition to the petrochemical industry chain and combining the difficult position of the petrochemical industry regulation,from the multidimensional attributes,the author provided path choice from upstream,middlestream,and downstream these three phases.
