摘 要:目的:建立参知健脑胶囊中AB-8型大孔树脂有机溶剂残留物的气相检测方法。方法:采用气相色谱法对正己烷、苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯进行检测;色谱柱为Agilent DB-5非极性毛细管柱(0.25mm×30m×0.25μm);柱温为程序升温,起始温度为65℃,保持5min,然后以每分钟15℃的速率升至150℃,保持15min,进样口温度为250℃,电子捕获检测器温度为250℃;N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂;载气为氮气。结果:各组分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率符合规定。结论:该方法操作简便,准确可靠,可用于大孔树脂残留物的控制。Objective: To build up a gas chromatography method for detecting benzene series residues from AB - 8 macroreticular resin in Shenzhi Jiannao Capsules. Method : GC method was used to detect N - hexane, benzene, methyl benzene, p- xylene, benzene vinyl and divinyl -benzene, and the chromatography column was Agilent DB -5 non - polar capillary column ,30m × 0.25mm ID( film 0. 25μm). The column was temper- ature -programmed, which was initially heated at 65~C for 5min and the temperature rose to 150℃ at a speed of 15℃ per minute, lasting for 15min. The temperatures of inlet and electron capture detector were both 250℃. The dissolvent was N, N - dimethylformamide and the carrier gas was nitrogen. Result : All of compo- nents had great linearity in each range of concentration, and the ratio of reclaim was accorded with prescrip- tion. Conclusion: The GC method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used to control the limit of residues.
