摘  要:目的:优化苏木药材的提取工艺。方法:建立HPLC测定苏木中苏木精、原苏木素A、原苏木素B、巴西苏木素和5,7-二羟基-4'-甲氧基异黄酮含量的方法。采用L9(34)正交试验设计法,以上述5种成分含量综合评分法进行数据分析,对苏木的提取溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取次数和提取溶剂用量4因素进行优化。结果:苏木药材最佳提取工艺为A2B1C3D2。结论:采用多成分综合评价优选苏木提取工艺能够较好的保证有效成分提取率。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Caesalpinia sappan L. Method: was established to simultaneously determine the contents of hematoxylin, Protosappanin A, Brazilin and biochaninA in the extractions of Caesalpinia sappan L. Based on the orthogonal A HPLC method protosappanin B, design of L9 (34 ) and the weighted method, three factors including the multiple ethanol, ethanol concentration, decocting time, and extracting times were evaluated. Result: Significant effect was observed in extracting times. The best ex- traction process was A2B3C3D2. Conclusion: The extraction technology optimized with multiple components e- valuation is reasonably practicable.
