运用异病同治法治疗S-COPD和支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价同一方药对慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期(S-COPD)与支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者疗效的影响。方法:采用多中心、分段随机分组、平行对照(1:1)、双盲的临床试验研究设计,将272例S-COPD和支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者随机分为西医常规治疗+舒喘方药组和西医常规治疗+中药安慰剂组,疗程6周,治疗前后进行患者主症、体征及生存质量评价。结果:治疗后S-COPD和支气管哮喘慢性持续期西医常规治疗+舒喘方药组患者主症、体征和生存质量均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:西医常规治疗+舒喘方药治疗方法可明显改善S-COPD和支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的主症、体征和生存质量。Objective ：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the same prescription on patients with stable chron- ic obstructive pulmonary disease （S -COPD） and bronchial asthma chronicity -persistent period. Methods： The clinical test of muhicenter, randomized block, parallel control （ 1 ： 1 ） and double blind was used to divide 272 patients with S - COPD and bronchial asthma chronieity - persistent period randomly into western medi- cine conventional treatment plus prescriptions for relieving asthma group and western medicine conventional treatment plus Chinese medicine placebo group for six weeks, and evaluate patients＇ main symptoms, sign and quality of life before and after treatment. Results ： The main symptoms, sign and quality of life were markedly improved in patients with S - COPD and bronchial asthma chronicity - persistent period in western medicine conventional treatment plus prescriptions for relieving asthma group after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Western medicine conventional treatment plus prescriptions for relieving asthma therapies can significantly improve the main symptoms, sign and quality of life in patients with S - COPD and bronchial asthma chronicity - persistent period.
