摘 要:采用可聚合乳化剂烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86),通过种子预乳化半连续法合成丙烯酸酯乳液.考察了不同乳化剂体系、可聚合乳化剂DNS-86用量、引发剂(APS)用量、反应温度对乳液及涂膜性能的影响,并用FT-IR、TEM等对产物结构、形态进行了表征,获得了最佳反应条件.结果表明:使用可聚合乳化剂DNS-86能提高单体转化率,改善乳液的稳定性;随着DNS-86用量增加,涂膜的耐水性增加,力学性能提高.Polyacrylate emulsions were synthesized by seeding semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with the polymerizable emulsifier ammonium sulfate allyoxy nonylphonoxy poly(ethyleneoxy) (10) ether (DNS -86). Effects of the type of surfactants, the amount of DNS-86, the amount of initiator and reactive temperature on the properties of the emulsion and films were discussed. The structure and morphology of products were characterized by FT-IR and TEM, obtaining the best synthesis condition. The results showed that the conversion rate of monomers was increased and polymerization stability was effectively improved by using polymerizable emulsifier DNS-86. The mechanical properties and water resistance of films were markedly improved with the increase of DNS-86 amount.
