摘　　要：文章基于社会管理机制创新的视域研究了兖州市中医院试行和推广的"先看病后付费"诊疗模式。"先看病后付费"诊疗模式是创新社会管理机制的有益探索,并从社会管理主体的多元性、社会管理的政府主导性、柔性管理与人文关怀等三面方面进行了论证。In this paper,＂ Treatment before payment＂ diagnosis and treatment mode piloted and promoted in Yanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was studied from the viewpoint of mechanism innovation of social management, which was demonstrated from the diversity of social management subject, dominant role of the government in the social management, flexible management and humanistic concern.
