摘 要:超声波清洗技术是一种绿色、高效的清洗方法,特别适用于清洗表面形状复杂、具有多孔道及多缝隙的工件。为了提高白车身清洗效率、降低脱脂运行成本、节约能源的目的,本文从超声波清洗技术原理、超声波清洗特点方面分析了超声波清洗技术应用于涂装预处理中白车身清洗的可行性,并设计了超声波清洗白车身的清洗设备及清洗工艺条件。Ultrasonic cleaning technology is a green and efficient cleaning method, especially suitable for cleaning the work-piece with complicated shapes and multiple channels and multiple slit work-piece. In order to improve the cleaning efficiency of car body in white, reduce the degreasing costs, and save energy, the feasibility analysis on ultrasonic cleaning technology used in the automotive painting pre-treatment was described in the paper by introducing the principle and characteristics of ultrasonic cleaning. Meanwhile, the ultrasonic cleaning equipment and cleaning processes in car body in white was also designed.
