摘　　要：商用车贮气筒为封闭型容器,且存在部分双腔结构,决定了其涂装工艺的特殊性。本文通过对商用车贮气筒产品结构特征进行分析,介绍了各种商用车贮气筒的浸漆涂装、电泳涂装及静电粉末喷涂几种典型涂装工艺现状,分析讨论了几种工艺各自的优缺点,以及商用车贮气筒的发展趋势。Air tank used for commercial vehicle is closed container and existence of partial double cavity structures; this determined its special coating process. Several types of painting technology current situation of dip coating, electrophoresis coating and electrostatic powder spraying to a variety of commercial vehicle reservoir were introduced by an analysis of the commercial vehicle air tank product structure characteristic, the advantages and disadvantages of several processes were discussed, as well as the development trend of commercial vehicle air reservoir.
