球头刀具在刃磨加工中的探讨

摘　　要：球头刀具是数控机床上加工复杂曲面的一种高效刀具，在模具制造、汽车制造等领域有着广泛的应用。本文分析了球头刀具的刃磨特点，提出一种新的球头刀具前刀面的模型。以及磨削过程中相应的一些运动参数，保证良好的s形刃和合理的法前角，供读者朋友参考。ball head nc machine tools are complex surface processing of a kind of high efficient tool, in the mold manufacturing, automobile, etc in a wide range of applications. This paper analyzes the ball head tool gear characteristic, this paper puts forward a new ball head before the model knife cutting tools. And the grinding process corresponding some movement parameters, ensure good s form blade and reasonable method of anterior horn, for readers a reference.
