血液灌流联合血液透析治疗终末期肾病肾性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血液灌流(HP)联合血液透析(HD)对慢性维持性HD患者终末期肾病(ESRD)肾性贫血的疗效。方法:选择我院维持性HD患者40例,随机分为治疗组(HD联合HP)和对照组(仅行HD)各20例,在疗程化治疗前后比较血常规、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和全段甲状旁腺素(i-PTH)的变化。结果:治疗组病人血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(Hct)、血清铁蛋白(SF)升高较对照组更明显(P<0.05),hs-CRP、i-PTH清除效果好于HD组(P<0.05)。结论:HP联合HD能更好地纠正ESRD患者的贫血状况。Objective： To observe the effectiveness of treatment on end-stage renal disease anemia with hemoperfusion（HP） combined with hemodialysis（HD）.Methods： 40 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected,and divided into treatment group（HD＋HP group,n=20） and control group（HD group,n=20） randomly.Blood routine index,C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and intact-phenylthiohydantoin（i-PTH）were measured and compared before and after course of treatment.Results： The levels of hemoglobin（Hb）,hemotocrit（Hct）,serum ferritin（SF）in HD＋HP group were significantly higher than that HD group（P0.05）,hs-CRP and i-PTH were cleared away better in HD＋HP group,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： HP combined with HD ameliorates the anemia in ESRD patients more effectively.
